Mental Health Services
Choice Lifestyles Mental Health projects provide rehabilitation and therapeutic support to adults from both general psychiatric and forensic backgrounds that may have enduring mental health problems and complex needs. We aim to provide improved quality of life and independence to our service users whilst working closely with mental health, social services and other multi-disciplinary teams.
At Choice Lifestyles we are driven by the principles of rehabilitation and recovery and a belief that everyone has the capacity for both. This is underpinned by the need for robust risk assessment, social inclusion and to provide the opportunity for independent living.
We strive to support patients in retaining their links with their families and communities of origin (where possible and appropriate). We also encourage our service users to establish links with the local community by encouraging participation in a series of tailor-made activities.
We also provide them with social inclusion opportunities as one of our basis for providing best support and care in mental health. Our social inclusion programs help our service users to participate in voluntary or paid works in the community to achieve self-sufficiency and confidence.
