Each is individually operated and managed by highly qualified and experienced practitioners and care teams, overseen by director - level specialists who bring their own experience and strengths to our growing organisation.

All services are provided by multi-disciplinary / multi-agency teams, with patient choice and involvement integral to service delivery.

All homes comply with the requirements of the appropriate bodies (CSCI, Ofsted etc), ensuring full adherence to government legislation and requirements. Monthly internal quality audits are conducted by the appropriate Director of Care and the Service Manager, which also highlight areas where further excellence can be achieved within the homes.

Choice Lifestyles aims to meet the needs of people for whom care and support is provided – within the applicable provisions. We employ a low arousal, non aversive approach to behaviour management to ensure the healthy development and understanding of individuals’ needs.
